What are your hours?
Our laundromat is open from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm. Last wash is at 7:30 pm.
Are you attended?
Yes, we are fully attended so someone will always be on hand to answer questions or help you in any way.
Are you a coin or credit card laundromat?
Our machines accept coins, the Speed Queen App or cash via the payment center.
Do you have large machines?
We have larger machines that can wash big, bulky items like comforters and sleeping bags.
Do you have parking?
Yes, we have plenty of parking.
Wash & Fold
What are your wash and fold hours?
You can leave your laundry with one of our friendly attendants any time between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.
What kind of detergent do you use when you wash my clothes?
We use a high-grade commercial detergent when we wash your clothes. You can upgrade to other detergents like Tide and Gain for a small upcharge.
Is there a minimum order?
There is a $20 minimum order for wash and fold orders.
Do you wash my clothes with other clothes?
We never mix your laundry with another clients. We know that this would lead to lost items and cross contamination.
When will I get my clothes back?
Your clean clothes will be ready for pick up in 24 hours. (Some larger orders may take longer)
Pickup & Delivery
When do you pickup and deliver?
We offer laundry pickup and delivery services Monday - Friday.
What is the turnaround time?
Your clothes will be returned in 48 hours. Friday pickups will be returned on Monday. If you want same day delivery your pickup must be scheduled before 12:00 p.m.
Is there a minimum order?
There is a $30 pickup and delivery minimum.
How much does pickup and delivery cost?
Pickup and delivery is only $1.99/lb. for The Works and $2.99 for Concierge service.
Do I need to be home to use this service?
No, you don't. When you place your order make sure to note what secure location you are leaving your laundry so our driver can find it.
Can I make a special request on how I want my laundry done?
Yes, you can. There is a spot when you place your order where you can specify any special instructions.
Is there a contract or long term commitment?
No. You have the option to cancel at any time, but we know that as long as we continue to give you exceptional service you will stick with us.
When I schedule an order, how will I be billed?
Like other online services we will ask for a credit card or debit card when you place your order. Your card won't be charged until you laundry is finished.
What do I put my laundry in?
We recommend a laundry bag or a trash bag that will cinch closed.
Can I put my pickups on hold while I'm on vacation?
Of course! You can log into your account and suspend your pickups until you return.
