  1. Do I have to be home? You don't have to be home to use our service - just let us know what secure location you are leaving your laundry, so our driver knows where to find it.
  2. Is there a contract or commitment? No contracts. You do not have to sign up for weekly service. You can place an order only when you need us. 
  3. I have weekly service. What if I go on vacation? If you are signed up for recurring service and you go on vacation, you can go into your account and put the service on hold until you get back.
