Frequently asked Questions....

  1. You don't have to be home to use our service - just let us know what secure location you are leaving your laundry, so our driver knows where to find it.
  2. You do not have to sign up for weekly service. You can place an order when you need us, but it is cheaper to sign up for recurring service. 
  3. If you are signed up for recurring service and you go on vacation, you can go into your account and put the service on hold until you get back.
